I have been up to my eyeballs in schoolwork and writing this week. Seriously, I should just move a cot into the library and start paying rent there.
The good news is the end is now in sight (fingers crossed), so I am rewarding myself with a fun mini-vacation at a B&B in Oxford this weekend. That means train travel, a change of scenery, and, with any luck, a cute Oxford boy to show me around. A girl's gotta dream, right?
Speaking of girls with dreams, I'm hereby declaring November Ladies' Month. Last week, we saw historic wins by women in elections across the country. This week, the interwebs have been filled with stuff by and about ladies who kick booty. So, without further ado, I give you the Girl Power version of my favorite things on the internet this week:
